- A Safe Climate
This panel features speakers with a diverse range of backgrounds and expertise, from politics to international development to advocacy. Witness the effects of climate change on the developing world and learn about what the government can (and should) do about it and the role young people can play.
- Aid Effectiveness
Learn about the complexities of giving aid and what “good” and “bad” aid looks like on a local level. Hear from the Office of Development Effectiveness at AusAID about what the government is currently doing about aid effectiveness, then the Director of International and Development Economics at ANU will discuss how the government needs to improve the effectiveness of its aid program.

It also provides some useful tools on the best ways to run effective campaigns in your local community.
