Applications will be assessed, and successful applicants notified by 5pm on the 24th of March. Please ensure you have your mobile phone available during this period, and if not, then please notify us that you wont be able to take the call by emailing roadtrip@theoaktree.org and advise an alternative phone number.

Upon being notified of a successful application you will be sent a series of forms to fill in, including a payment form, medical form, and code of conduct. You will not have secured your place on the road trip until you return these forms. They must be returned within 48 hours of receipt, otherwise your position will be offered to someone else.

As an accepted Ambassador you will need to attend comprehensive training in the lead up to the road trip. Check back on this page soon as we'll be confirming the individual training dates, times and locations for each state soon.
